According to given question

r(t)=2t^2+2t

we have to prove 

r(2t)=2r(t)

so, 

r(t)=2t(t+1)

r(2t)=4t(2t+1)

and

2r(t)=4t(2t+1)

hence prove

r(2t)=2(t)
