Thank you for the opportunity to help you with your question!

 vf^2 = vi^2 -2 • a • d

0^2=14.2^2- 2 x a x 4.5

0 = 201.64-9a

9a=201.64

a= 22.4

v=v-at

0= 14.2 - 22.4t

22.4t=14.2

t=0.63 sec

for return

o.63x2=1.26sec
