To make a cube, the we cut x units from each side. so the new length is 5-2x while the width is 3-2x

The height is x

The formula for culculating volume is LxWxH

the volume is thus given by (3-2x)(5-2x)(x)

the volume is thus 15x-16x^2+4x^3
