the distance is 70 ,time changes to 1 and a half,so

average speed = 70 / 1.5

                         = 46.667....................................answer


b) ) Find a formula for the average speed s as a function of the time t required for the trip.

average speed = 70 /time taken

so ,   formula for the average speed  =70 / t...............................answer
