Visualizing the Monster
Background:
In order to better understand the image and style components that make up a modern researcher's toolkit, students will submit a visual presentation of their research project as their final.
Task:
Produce a PowerPoint, prezi, or video on your research topic. This presentation should contain an overview of your findings in a concise and entertaining presentation.
Create a PowerPoint slideshow: 20 slides minimum, include facts about your Monster, and images of the “monster”
The following should be included in your presentation:
- Abstract on your project
- Introduction to your topic
- Research process and methods
- Critical or Philosophical perspectives use in analysis of data
- Results of your research
- Implications & applications of your research
- Reflection
- Works Cited
You can use research paper, or any information and images found on the web to complete the research assignment. Make sure the information you find is from a credible source.
Note:
- Make sure you cite all information taken from another source and you cite all your images
Requirements: Write a Powerpoint, Prezi or video Presentation on your topic that is at least 20 slides and presents a clear argument
- Should use a minimum of 8 Sources from the Annotated Bibliography with quotes from each source that are cited correctly with MLA
- Images should be used to visually convey your argument and cited properly with MLA
- This is an argument presentation, so it should not be an essay copy and pasted on to slides nor should it be an outline of a paper

CYBERBULLYING
Abstract
Humans have invented things that have threatened their existence.
The invention of new technology birthed a cyberbullying .
Cyberbullying is growing in our society and many teenagers get affected by its
devastating effect.
cyberbullying can have lasting repercussions on youth like mental health
problem, extremely low self-esteem or in severe cases it can lead to suicide.
For this research, I did a precise analysis from various articles and statistics in
attempt to come up with a solution.
The proliferation of smart technology intensifies the need for effective
interventions to address cyberbullying.
This article examines the effectiveness of common responses to cyberbullying.
Introduction
Cyberbullying, threatening or harassing another via the internet or mobile
phones, occurs in several forms.
Cyberbullying is more harmful compared to traditional bullying.
Among western adolescence, the prevalence victims of cyberbullying
victims ranges from 9%-34%.
While cyberbullies range from 4-21%.
20%-40% youths experience bullying ones in a lifetime (Topcu, 2013).
Evidences show that the number of cyber victims is increasing.
Definitions, measures, and methods vary widely across studies.
Cyberbullying vs Traditional bullying
Traditional bullying negative emotions that cyber victims experience.
These forms could be; hurt feelings, embarrassment, crying, depression,
anxiety, and lowered self-concept (Kowalski).
These acts are often repeated by the perpetrators.
Bullying in both cases often occur where the other individual is more
powerful than the other (Jose, 2012).
