Foreign direct investment (FDI) involves ownership of the business entity of a
particular country by foreign investors. In that the activities carried out are operated by
foreign investors who come to utilize the business opportunities in a particular States. Saudi
Arabian Foreign Direct Investment enlarged by 881.8 mn in June 2018, dissimilarly to the
expansion of 868.8 USD mn in the preceding quarters. There are set rules in other terms law
that guides the activity of the foreign investor within the perimeters of Saudi Arabia. The
terms, expressions included have got meaning assigned to them, unless the context requires
otherwise. The foreign direct investment is encouraged because it is both beneficial to the
investors and the foreign host country. Foreign direct investment offers a two-way traffic
benefit to both participants involved in the business. This essay gives some critical thinking
