http://www.personal.psu.edu/~j5j/IPIP/ipipneo120.htm  (Links to an external site.)

Instructions for taking the test: Follow the directions given on the website to complete, and score the test. Upon completion, save your results for your own records (you may need to copy/paste into Word or print to PDF). The survey should take about 15-20 minutes to complete.

Instructions for extra credit: Once you have completed the test, read and reflect over your results. Write and submit a minimum of a 1 page double-spaced paper discussing what you learned from your results and anything you may not agree with. For example: What are the implications of your results? What do your results possibly mean about your approach to work and relationships with friends, coworkers, and supervisors or subordinates? How can you use your results to play to your strengths and weaknesses.

Please save your results for your own records.
