The objectives of the communication plan to be implemented by the human resource department
as per the new inter-organizational system to be implemented should adhere to the basic
principles of communication plan such as being specific, measurable, achievable, realistic and
time-focused to ensure that it creates a positive impact to its target employees, customers and
suppliers. The following objectives addressed below will form the basis of the discussion with
the manager relating to the communication plan to be implemented.
The first objective of this communication plan would be to create awareness among the
employees, customers and suppliers concerning the system changes. The main focus of this
communication objective will be to inform the employees, customers and suppliers on the
changes to be made while implementing the new system so that it does not catch them off-guard.
