strategic plans are set to meet organization extensive goals while operational planning are the ones that have fine points and leads that help meet strategic plans.

SWOT analysis is the study taken by the organisation to identify its internal weaknesses and strengths, opportunities and threats. they keep the management aware of anything that threatens their plans and goals.
