Thank you for the opportunity to help you with your question!

49x^2+98x+36y^2+72y-15=0
49x^2+98x+4 -4 + 36y^2+72y+4 -4 -15=0
(7x +2)^2 +(6x +2)^2 =23

please check your equation, as the question seems to be incorrect,

The standard equation is (x-x1)^2/a^2 - (y-y1)^2/b^2 =0

focal length is given by = 2c = 2 Sqrt(a^2 +b^2)

Let me know incase you need any further help ! Thanks :)
