HRM future and my role in it
Indeed, my role in the HRM future is a fascinating one. There exist various divisions in
the Human Resource Management field such as employee engagement, payroll and
compensation, and performance appraisal, with each category having distinctive significance. I
am well inclined on payment and compensation rather than the Generalist role. The most
exciting part regarding this role is; first, I originate from a commerce upbringing and enjoy
playing with formulas, numbers, and deductions. This role requires perfection and lots of
acquaintance since every wage earner is working for a salary, which should be received timely. It
also centers on statutory laws to motivate or retain them. The future of HRM as per this role is
exciting since it propels an individual, to be honest, and very precise with his or her work,
therefore, giving out a sense of authority, which comes handy with pronounced responsibility
(Nair, 2018).
