1. Imprecise means that the measurements are not close to each other.  Inaccurate data would mean that the measurements are not close to 3.3cm.

Example: 1cm, 5cm, 3cm, 9cm, 15cm

2. Precise means the data are close to each other, but inaccurate means they are not close to the actual value.

Example: 5cm, 5.2cm, 4.8cm, 5.4cm, 5.1cm

3. Measurements are close to each other and close to actual value.

Example: 3.3cm, 3.1cm, 3.4cm, 3.4cm, 3.2cm
