Introduction
The collection of patient and health data for quality improvement can be achieved
through common participation by nurses and society included. The nurses can organize data
collection exercises where society can take part in offering genuine and true information. The
application of informatics skills and knowledge can be applied to ensure the obtained results
from the analysis can be beneficial to society and improve healthcare provision. Among the
goals set by improving the quality of services offered by nurses include safety, health care, and
patient outcomes. Several cases brought to the attention of healthcare providers require positive
results that need to be reflected by the outcome of patients after visiting healthcare institutions.
The paper will locate and feature quality measures determined to make positive changes in the
provision of healthcare services. Under the technology era, the use of informatics has shown a
great contribution to the analysis and collection of data for the purposes of improving the quality

Quality Measures
