Hi! Hope you are doing well !

So I did a little work and would like to help you understand it better. You are looking for the simplest for of these fractions or fractions that can be reduced. You go through each fraction to see what can be reduced, then draw a line from the problem to the answer and see that you have three 5 pointed stars. Let's start by reducing these fractions. You can start from wherever you like, but I started from the top left and made my way around the paper.

4/12=1/3

12/20=3/5

21/56=3/8

18/27=2/3

6/8=3/4

12/48=1/4

10/60=1/6

15/10=3/2

9/12=3/4

14/49=2/7

50/100=1/2

10/70=1/7

3/51=1/17

6/33=2/11

8/36=2/9

8/10=4/5

With these answers you are to make your lines. Example: Draw a line from 4/12 to 1/3. Continue drawing, you should be able to see the three stars from the picture. Shade the stars to complere your work.

Please let me know if you need any clarification. I'm always happy to answer your questions.
