This assignment explains construct of the ethical leadership. Being a senior and a moral
leader in Toyota company which an international company, I think about the long-term drawbacks,
consequences as well as benefits for the decisions which I make in Toyota Company. Ethical
leaders are humble; they demonstrate fairness, concern for a greater good, take responsibility along
with showing respect to each in a company. Ethical leaders put ethical standards that are high
together with acting as per the norms. They affect the ethical values in the company according to
how they behave. Leaders serve as role models to those that they lead along with showing them
behavioural boundaries put in a company. They are seen as trustworthy, honest, and courageous
as well as people of high integrity. Ethical leaders set policies together with processes which ensure
that the company's integrity is protected. They also ensure that the challenges faced by the different
ethical norms do not interfere with their approach to decision making.
