I was wondering, how do I solve the equation -7<5+6m<23 ?

I am having some difficulty. I really REALLY need to figure out the answer the equation -7<5+6m<23 and the steps involved in getting it.

you will assume the additon of -7<5 which is -2

-2+6m<23

then bring -2 to the other side of less than sign and by doing so you reverse the sign into greater than sign and the negative changes to positive

6m>25

m>4.167
