Thank you for the opportunity to help you with your question!

2x^5+4x^4-6x^3+4x^2

greatest common factor(gcf) = 2x^2

taking 2x^2 outside

 2x^2 (x^3 +2x^2 - 3x + 2 )....................................answer

hope you understood..please message if you have any doubts...thank you

answer needs to be written as a polynomial using the distributive property

Oct 1st, 2015

2x^5+4x^4-6x^3+4x^2

when we factorize it after finding gcf is

= 2x^2 (x^3 +2x^2 - 3x + 2 )

this is the answer

here 2x^2 is gcf and

(x^3 +2x^2 - 3x + 2 ) is the remaining polynomial
