One mole of H2SO4 contains 7 atoms (2 H, one S and 4 O). But you have 2 moles of H2SO4, so you need to multiply 2 by 7 and you get 14.

Perform the same procedure for all other compounds and you will see that 2 mol of H2SO4 has the largest number of atoms.
