Part 1 – SWOT Analysis of Netflix
Strengths
Netflix customers get customized film requests depending on what films they love. It also
allows for a queue of shows to be selected based on the client's list of preferences. This gives the
organization an advantage over most of the movie providers out there as it enables the customers
to peruse through their preferences easily (Teece, 2010). Also, the overhead for managerial, staff,
and property costs are essentially low because Netflix is an online company. Therefore, the
overhead costs are fixed, making business costs somewhat more affordable for them (Matrix,
2014).
Weaknesses
New movies require a lot of cash for authorizing costs and assembling duplicates of
