A moving company is trying to store boxes in a storage room with a length of 5m, width of 3m, and a height of 2m.  How many boxes can fit in this space is each is 10cm long, 6cm wide, and 4cm high?

First let's convert everything to the same units, cm.  So then the dimensions of the storage room are 500 cm long, 300 cm wide, and 200 cm high.

That means we can fit 500/10 = 50 boxes across the length

300/6 = 50 boxes across the width

200/4 = 50 boxes stacked high

Therefore, 50x50x50 = 125,000 boxes
