To me, managing diversity means managing or leading a workforce which shared different backgrounds. They may all have racial or even ideological differences in their way of doing things such that their ideas may never by like yours as a leader. When in charge of developing a diversity training program, one should involved people from all different backgrounds who will participate in the training program. In this case, one should understand that different people have diversified training needs and also that they cannot be training using a similar training method. Thus, representatives from the different diversities should be involved in the developing the training program. What to include as the content of the training actually issues affecting the different people in the team to be trained. For instance, the training content should be made in a way that all members can understand easily.
