No. Globalization did not have negative impact on the US rather it had positive impact on US economy.
1. Sales - Large US companies now have access to a global market. With increased consumer base, their sales have sky rocketed.
2. Cost - US companies have outsourced manufacturing to China and services to India. This way they are saving million of dollars in cost every year
3. Better human capital - Educated and talented professionals from across the globe are migrating to US and working of its companies rather then contribution in their own country. This way, US have access to best brains of the world without investing in their education/training
4. Investments - US companies have invested billions of dollars in developing countries where growth rate is very high. This way they are earning huge returns. Had they invested same money in US only, they would not be earning in 30% of that.
