If you had a super star performer who has skills, expertise, etc that would be difficult to replace but who spoke with others in an unprofessional, discourteous and sarcastic manner. What would you do?

Hi I would first have a meeting with the star to make him ware that his behaviors are not acceptable and ask him politely to use his best manors when communicating with other staff. If the negative behavior continued the star would get a warning which would suspend the star for 3 days. If the bahvior continued to be a problem I would terminate their employment.
