  2. Discuss the implications for society when as many as 35% of a local population is addicted to a depressant. What are the problems for the community with so many people dependent on the drug?

  3. Predict the future of this town if it does not address the growing addiction problem. Think about crime rates and unemployment rates as well as availability of local treatment services.
