Take your original equation, 2x - 10 >= - 4

Add 10 to both sides                 + 10      + 10

So, now we have                    2x >= 6

Divide both sides by 2            2x /2 >= 6 /2

So we have                              x >= 3

For this statement to be true, the value of x has to be either equal to 3 or bigger, therefore, 

when x = -3, 0, or - 7, the statement would be false.  So, B, C, and D would be the ones to go with!
