Raising money from donors and then spending the money appropriately on “customers” can be seen as opposite ends of the operation of any organization. Which of these two aspects is most important? Why do you feel that way? Do you have an example?

None of the aspects is more important than the other. For any organization to satisfy the donors that support their business, the customers must be fully satisfied too. For example, A company can use its money to build an application that eases a customers access to their profile, by either increasing the number menus in their profile or making the menu more graphical. By doing this the customer will enjoy the service and tell a friend.
