how can i solve a net ionic equation in simple steps without getting confused? an example would help

Thank you for the opportunity to help you with your question!

the net ionic equations  shows only the particles taking place in a chemical reaction.

A balanced equation in "molecular" form:

2 AgNO3(aq) + ZnCl2(aq) → 2 AgCl(cr) + Zn(NO3)2(aq)

The "net ionic" form of the same equation:

Ag +(aq) + Cl(aq) → AgCl(cr)

for you to write an ionic equation you  have to identify whether the substances are written as molecules or ions.

the steps that you have to keep in mnd include the following

1.first write each substance as molecule or ion.

2.cancle the ions that appear to be same on both sides of the equation.

3.rewrite the equation in net ionic form.

4.reduce the co-efficints by dividing if they cannot be divisible just leave them.
