Molar mass for CuSO4.5H2O=249.685g/mole
Molar mass of anhydous copper (II) sulfate (CuSO4)=159.61g/mole
Mass of H2O in CuSO4.5H2O=249.685-159.61=90.075g
Mass %age of H2O=(mass of water in1 mole CuSO4.5H2O/mass of 1 mole CuSO4.5H2O)*100
Mass %age of H2O=(90.075/249.685)*100=36.08%
