A researcher thinks that a diet high in raw cornstarch will have a positive effect on blood glucose levels. A sample of 28 patients who have tried the raw cornstarch diet have amean glucose level of 103.4 mg/dl.

 What are the null and alternative hypotheses for the test of interest?

the null hypothesis, Ho: consumption of raw  cornstarch reduces the glucose levels for obese patients

the alternative hypothesis H1: consumption of raw cornstarch does not reduce the glucose levels for obese patients.
