What is a fair game?  Is the game of roulette as played in American casinos a fair game?  Why?

Thank you for the opportunity to help you with your question!

A fair game is a game which is unbiased towards any player and also offers a fair amount of probability for each player, indeterminate of skill. Despite the initial perception, casino roulette is considered a fair game because it is not geared toward a specific player and the odds of winning although low are given equally.

Please let me know if you need any clarification. I'm always happy to answer your questions.

However, are you sure that roulette is fair - not biased?  You might do a little more research on this.

Yes i'm sure mainly because there is not a bias towards a specific player regardless of the low odds or raw chance. Also many times I noticed when discussing fair games in statistics casino games are also often mentioned due to this aspect.
