Connecting California is a book that explores the Spanish colonization of New Spain which included Alta

formed the locations termed as California. The role of the book is that it offers some expositions of
historical documents, biographies and historical treatises on the colonization, the experiences of the
settlers and the natives and the eventualities of the arrival of the Spanish in the Americas. The book is

historian a worthwhile cause being acquainted to the history of my community in a different level.
