This is the case of Nike discrimination as it was presented in August 2018. Nike was
alleged to be promoting as well as promoting women in fewer numbers as compared to the male
workers. Moreover, the company was accused of totally failing to appropriately to address the
issue of sexual harassment and other women related complains which the women workers had
reported to the company. According to Kelly Cahill together with Sara Johnston, it is evident that
women working with the company only endured in a hostile working environment due to the lack
of an alternative to raise their income (Scraton, 2018). Moreover, the two female workers outlined
that they were considered later in promotions after their male colleges had been promoted. In
