Dunkin' brand group Inc. is one of the developing companies across the globe. The
company ventures in the hospitality industry with dozens of restaurants in different geographical
areas. It was founded in the year 2004 and had its headquarters in the United States. According
to research, it was incorporated on November 22 and 2005. Since then the organisation has been
growing at a steady rate opening different branches. Its operations are based on four segments to
improve efficiency which are Dunkin' Donuts US, Baskin- Robins international, Dunkin' Donuts
international and Baskin robins Us. Statistics show that the company has an average of 18000
distribution outlets in over 60 countries across the globe (Lozano, 2016). Some of them are
situated in the United States while others are international. It is clear that the company has
embarked on globalization by offering its products in all the continents. For a company to gain
acceptance in the market, it must satisfy the consumers since they are the major stakeholders.
