Walmart is one of the largest companies by market share in the US. The company was
established in 1962 and has been operational for more than 50 years. It is the largest retail store
globally and enjoys a huge revenue base. Additionally, the company employs more than two
million employees and runs over 10,000 retail stores in more than 50 countries. The company is
the world’s largest retail company as a publicly traded family business. To manage such a huge
business, there needs to be credible and accountable budgeting to facilitate reliable allocation of
revenue to the different aspects of the organization (Agrawal & Smith, 2015). The paper discusses
on Walmart's profit objective, costs and revenues, the company's distribution of income based on

website is fully operational. From the size of the organization, it employs more than 2.3 million
individuals globally. A majority of the value of the organization's success originated from value
chain management. Here is an analysis of the organization's chain analysis to determine the profit
objectives of the organization.
To begin with, the organization aims to make huge profits through its inbound logistics
strategy. The company has thousands of suppliers spread out from all corners of the world. Due to
