of guiding the manner that the society behaves. That will make society a better place to live in.
Take, for example, the criminal code in the US. It is used to govern criminal behavior in the
country and at the same time provide sanctions for it. In the case of the regulations, they can be
described as the rules which give in details the practical implications of the laws which have
