Steve Jobs was a strong, charismatic leader who co-founded Apple and is credited with much of the success of the company. Some believe that Tim Cook, who became CEO in 2011, embraces a more collaborative leadership style. Do research to compare and contrast the leadership styles of the two CEOs. (You may wish to view the 2013 movie JOBS, which portrays the story of Steve Jobs’ ascension from college dropout to Apple CEO.) Which CEO—Jobs or Cook—do you think developed and executed the most effective strategic plan? What evidence can you find to support your opinion?

This company focuses on designs and products manufacturing to serve customers. Initially, it
was found by Steve Jobs in the year 1976 April 1and after that Cook Tim took over as the CEO.
Steve Jobs became the founder of this company in the year 2011, and Cook Tim took over as the
CEO of the company in the same year after the step down of Steve. These two leaders had a
different way of leadership, (Heracleous, & Papachroni, 2016).
There was a difference that Steve cared on producing quality products, unlike Cook who cared
on both employees and production of quality products. Steve tooled the company to have high
terms of products be released to the public as he oversaw introductions of iPods. However,
concerning the products, Cook managed the introduction of those products.
Focusing on the products, Job focused on total improvement and innovation on products that
