Concept of transnationalism
Transnationalism refers to the interaction between people from different communities with
distinct cultural backgrounds. From my understanding, Culture refers to a set of values, goals,
attitude, and practices that are shared in an organization. Every member of the respective institution
or environment ought to adhere to the culture of the environment (Mitchell 6). It acts as a guideline

Individuals who have the same culture are expected to adhere to the values and the principles
which are laid down. Members who do not follow the practices of a respective culture are
considered as lacking moral values and can be punished according to the regulations. It manifests

different parts have a distinct culture which results in different ideologies and lifestyle.
