Multiplication of powers,  just add powers 

So it becomes 15x^4y^9.

Like terms together,  5×3=15

X^3×X^1= X ^(3+1)

X^4

Y^4 ×Y^5 =Y^(4+5)

Y^9

So the final answer  = 15X^4Y^9.
