Hello

You can see from the problem there's leftover mutiplication and addition so we perform that first

14 * (6x^4 - 7 - 5x^2) - (4 - 5x^3+ 6x^2)

Multiply in 14 on lefthand parentheses

84x^4 - 98 - 70x^2 - (4 - 5x^3+ 6x^2)

Muptiply righthand parentheses by -1

84x^4 - 98 - 70x^2 - 4 + 5x^3 -6x^2

Add and subtract common factors (numbers with no or identical ending coefficient)

84x^4-102-76x^2+5x^3

now here we can factor out 2 again as an extra step

2 (42x^4-51-38x^2+5/2)

Answer: 84x^4-102-76x^2+5x^3 or 2 (42x^4-51-38x^2+5/2)
