In direct proportion questions, the answer has to be exact. If she works twice as long, she must sell twice as much - exactly, not about as in the question.
In other words number of tickets sold÷ time taken must be exact.
In the question, it says she sold about 52 every hour. She might have sold 52 in the first hour, 50 in the next, 49 in the third, so the ratio would be different each time. This is not direct proportion
Answer: the number of coupons querida gave away on Sunday is not proportional to the number of hrs she worked that day
