Nowadays, social media is playing a huge role in creating awareness of brands, pushing
consumers to buy and to a huge extent meeting promotional and marketing objectives of a
company. Facebook, Twitter Instagram, and YouTube have more than 1 billion users across the
world who buy products posted there some are regular clients and others are potential clients of
these products. For the past 10years, many companies including Telsa have used Social media as
a platform to reach millions of customers’ worldwide and this has made them expand their
business visibility and enhance brand recognition (Voorveld,2018).
Tesla Inc. is based in Palo Alto, California and has greatly utilized the social media
