Lowe's has always provided me with great customer service. Each time I visit they greet me at the door with a smile. There is always someone handy to help with anyone's questions and most of the time they can answer any questions you may have on servicing your own items, or they will send out a technician to service the items for you. I bought my washing machine and dryer there a year ago and had some technical issues with the washing machine. All I had to do was call the store and they send their technician out the very next day and he fixed the problem with my washer, but while he was at my house he also made sure the dryer was working well. This is A+ customer service.
