Effective leaders influence behaviors in positive ways. The various categories of leadership theories include the trait, behavioral, situational, and contingency theories, and an eclectic set of recent theories.

the notion that the actions of the staff within the company are a direct
reflection of culture that had bee earlier on created by their leader.it is
therefore appaling how these same leader therefore claim ignorance of what was
going on within the orgarnisation,whereby they were required by their virtue of
being leaders to know what was going on under their leaderships watch.
