How many unique codes can be made by choosing a letter, a single digit and a color from red, white, or blue?

we have three scenarios in this problem.

1. Digits

2.letters

3. colors

Since we are picking one letter one digit and one color, we are required to know total in each case.

We therefore have;

10 digits i.e. 0 to 9

26 letters A to Z and

3 colors red, white and blue

To determine the number of unique codes from this combination of 3 cases we calculate the product of the three totals.

Thus 10*26*3 = 780
