I believe the instruction to be: Rewrite the set I by listing it's elements where

I = { x | x is an integer and -5 <= x < -1 }.

If this is not correct, let me know.

I = { -5, -4, -3, -2 }

The problem is that the image I got was garbled. With what I see now, I would add -1 to the set.

I would also not include -5.
