enterprise striving to survive and stay ahead of the game. The success of an organization is highly
dependent on the strategies in place for the management for not only the internal operations but
also the employees. As such, companies across the globe have the responsibility of ensuring that
management structures and leadership structure in place align with their primary goals and
objectives. The foundation of a successful organization begins with a review of organizational
behavior. This component entails the study of both individual and group performance and the
internal operational efficiencies within an organization. Essentially, the internal and external
