Thank you for the opportunity to help you with your question!

f(x) = (x-1)(x - (3+2i))(x-(3-2i))

f(x) = (x-1)(x - 3-2i) (x-3+2i)

f(x) = (x-1)(x - 3)^2-(2i)^2

f(x) = (x-1)(x^2 - 6x +9)+4

f(x) = (x^3-6x^2 +9x -x^2 + 6x -9)+4

f(x) = x^3-7x^2 +15x -5 answer
