Question description

For this assignment, you'll be working with lists and user input. When you run your program, it should behave like the program below:

Enter a number 1
Enter a number 2
Enter a number 3
Enter a number 3
Number already entered!
Enter a number bummer
That is an invalid number
Enter a number 4
Enter a number 9
Enter a number 8
Enter a number 7
Enter a number 6
Enter a number 5
Enter a number 11
The largest number you entered was 11
The smallest number you entered was 1
The average of all the numbers you entered was 5.6
The numbers you entered, in decreasing order, are
[11, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1]

In other words, your program will need to ask the user to enter 10 numbers and store them inside of a list. If the user enters a non-number, you must display a message and keep on inputting numbers. If the user enteres a number that is already in the list, you should display an error and keep on inputting numbers.

Once all 10 numbers have been entered by the user, you will need to print out information about the numbers the user input. You will need to display the largest number, the smallest number, the average, and the list of numbers in decreasing order.
