The interview is a significant part of research. Some important aspects when planning,
conducting and analyzing the results of the interview are the sources for finding participants who
meet the criteria for inclusion in the study, the selection of information-rich cases, and how to
reach prospective participants and get them interested in the study. It is, therefore, critical to
conduct some mock interviews with family or friends who could pose as interviewees to develop
the appropriate techniques and ensure that the actual interview yields the desired results.
