Conduct with students
An educator is supposed to have a professional relationship with the students. This means
avoiding cases of sexual assault, cruelty, child abuse, harassment and soliciting and preventing
use of drugs.
There was a case in Ware County where a middle school teacher was revoked of her certificate
for allegedly having an inappropriate sexual relationship with a high school student.

Professional conduct
An educator should maintain professional conducts that help him or her to maintain integrity
and dignity.
At Johnscreek High School Jennifer Lynch was suspended for allegedly ranting on social media
about a student who got additional time to finish a test, this was against the professional
conduct.

Testing
